Josh

Josh Pritchett is devoted to helping former inmates succeed after incarceration.
Currently, Pritchett is the Chief Financial Officer at Resilience Education, a non-profit dedicated to improving employment outcomes and re-entry success through high-quality business education. Over the past ten years, the organization has developed a way to provide financial education, entrepreneurial courses, business courses and financial literacy inside of facilities in Virginia.
Before Resilience Education, Josh worked in the corporate UPS offices eventually working his way up to Director of Global Strategy.
In this episode, Pritchett describes his difficult childhood and how he ended up getting caught in the wrong crowd. Soon enough, he was incarcerated. After he got out though, Josh turned things around in a big way.
Stay tuned at the end of the episode for our “Deep Dive” segment where we zoom in on one point our guest made and take a deeper dive into how it all relates to the broader Jail to Jobs policy context.
